My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was ideal for the Pleasure Beach, just a 5-minute walk away, and the tram stop right opposite made exploring the Golden Mile super convenient. The service from the friendly owners was top-notch, although they could work on their people skills a bit. The rooms were cozy and came with a lovely bundle of amenities. Dining was incredible with a wide selection to choose from. Overall, a great value for the money!
